 Laitin and I went to a wedding! 

My cousin got married to his sweetheart and we started the day off at their sealing. It was beautiful. We went to their reception afterwards at the camp and it was so much fun. We danced, took pictures at the photo booth hehe, spent a lot of time at the 360 video booth, and caught up with our Hastings family who we hadn't seen in a while and it was so nice. 

We had so much fun at the 360 booth hahaha. You stand in like one spot and the camera goes around you as you dance and it is so much fun. We spent a bit too much time there, but it was the funnest.

Laitin and I went to Raglan because I felt like some fish and chips hehe. They have this place right on the water that we went to while my family was in town and it was so good, I couldn't stop thinking about it ha. We had lunch, then went to the beach so Laitin could go for a swim and it was nice to be near the water. 

Some of my ward YSA went to night rides at the Luge! Was so much fun. I've been to the luge a handful of times but it is so much fun at night. It was a bit foggy, dark, lit up with all the fun lights. Had a fun time with this bunch. 

This was a sunset one night from Laitin's deck. They get the best views when the sun goes down every night hehe. 

Laitin and I were in the city for dinner and saw the big Christmas tree, so we decided to go and see the temple Christmas lights. I love lights. It was a nice night out and we got to just walk around and ran into a lot of friends on the way hehe. It was lovely. 

My nana came to Hamilton for Christmas and she brought me the cutest cookie as a little gift. Was so unexpected, and thoughtful, and freaking delicious hehe. 

This is one of my gifts that I got Laitin for Christmas, and for me haha. When we were at North Beach he saw some white vans and had the idea that we should get some and paint them for each other. He's talented, and then there's me haha but I thought it would be fun to do together. We took about a week or so I think to finish them and it was so fun. We snacked, had movies and modern family playing in the background while we painted and it was so fun.

Aunty Lee was so sweet and treated us to watching Avatar at the movies. I hadn't seen number 1 but this was a good one. I was a little surprised because I didn't think I'd ever wanna see those movies but it was a good movie.

We've been obsessed with cousin games nights lately hehe. Board games, card games, we love them. Except for coup hahaha. IYKYK. We've been trying to be good with keeping them going since everyone was in town and it's been the best. 

We spent New Years Eve at Laitin's with his family. They had a bonfire, snacks and treats. It was the perfect way to ring in the new year. So grateful for 2022 and all the good memories.
