The start to 2023

Mama is in town!! We went to McDonalds, her pick hehe. She was dying to go there for dinner and so that's where we went hehe. Afterwards, we stopped at Carls and got her a lime shake- they're freaking amazing. We went to drink them at the temple and just hung out and caught up. 

I feel like anytime someone comes to NZ, there's their fave things that are must haves on a visit hehe. A big fave in our familys, has to be ice cream so here we were, in the ice cream station and this chick wanted like one of everything hahaha, and so we did hehe. 

Laitin and I went up to Auckland for the evening because my lovely, lovely mother bought me tickets to Josh Tatofi as a Christmas gift. We went up a bit earlier to try out this philly cheese steak place, then went over to the concert, and had the best time. We saw so many friends and family hehe, it was lovely. Josh has a voice of an angel and we love him hehe.

Had the longest cuddles with bubbies on his 1st birthday hehe. We all met up at the base for dinner and caught up together. Time flipping flew by! I can't believe he's already one. So, so grateful for him. 

Laitin and I are pretty proud of these. I'm more so impressed with the ones he made me, because these look like I bought them off the shelf like this and I am in love with them hehe. 

We were at north beach one day and he had the idea that we should get white vans and paint some for one another so this is what I got us for Christmas to do together. It was stressful from time to time for me but we had so so much fun being together and doing this as activity together. Was something different to do, and this was our first outing wearing these cool things. 

I don't have much to this day, but Lahaina got married to her sweetheart and it was a special day for the two of them. Was so nice seeing one of my longest friends marry someone that makes her so happy. 

Grateful to her for letting me be apart of her special day. 

Went out with the girlies and it was a gorgeous night out in the town hehe. We had 50 cent dumplings at house on hood and went to snow town after for a treat. It was so cute cos Corban brings a deck of monopoly deal cards around for people to play at dinner and things and it was so fun playing that with them and chatting. Such a good group of girls hehe. Big fan of pretty sunsets here. 

Went out to Karapiro to watch some of my cousins at the Waka Ama nationals and it was a cool experience to see them participate in something so fun. It was a nice and hot day and got to see this beautiful boy as well hehe.

Went out on a cute cousin date with my fave. Kaliya and I went out and got a real fruit ice cream on a nice summer day hehe. Then, we found out that we were actually a bit hungry haha, so we decided to stop at on a roll for lunch. One of our fave stops and it was so delicious. 

Laitin and I went out to Mamas Donuts for doffles and they were so freaking good haha. It was both of our first times to try them, so we had to get at least two of the flavors they had. We tried a nutella, banana, and strawberry doffle and a banana biscoff one as well and they were amazing hehe. 

Caught up and hung out with my favorite, Hayley Jade. We went out for one thing and ended up getting a few other things along the way haha. We each got a disposable camera for the yolos hahaha. Pretty pumped for this things, I won't lie to you hehe.

My Aunty Krystal had these old negatives that she said had pics of me from when I was a baby and these absolutely killed me once we got them back developed. They were the most precious things hehe and I'm grateful she had these and were able to give them to me.
