SEPTEMBER

As said, we're engaged! So we got some photos to celebrate it!

We came across a lady that had done lots of our family and friends photos and she kinda grew up around Tokoroa ways and I really liked her photos so we got her to do our wedding ones, and in all her packages she offers engagements so it was a nice way for us to meet her and also get some nice photos for our wedding invites and website, so it all worked out so perfect and she is the best! She was really able to catch some cute moments amongst our awkwardness LOL.

Just a quick moment for the ring. Ahhh it's literally perfect.

This month was a bit one for us. Laitin and I also celebrated our one year anniversary of dating hehe. Dad had been given a voucher for this boujee buffet and wasn't able to use it before it expires so we got to use it and thought what better day to celebrate hehe. It was in Auckland and it's at the Cordis Hotel. It has 8 different cuisine sections and we had a ball! They made Indian food, and several types of naan bread that you could request to be made fresh and it was AMAZING. We had a really nice time there.

We went to an escape room with our group of friends and had dinner! Always the funnest time with this lot.

KJ and I did some painting together.

Okay this was so cool! So the tufting place we had gone to for Laitin's birthday invited Laitin to come back to their studio for their anniversary of being open and gave him a free session to make another rug. We were so flattered by their kindness and Laitin was so stoked to get back in there hehe. He did a great job, yet again hehe.

I started a new job and had to go to Wellington for training. So, I made a time of it and reached out to my cousin Marsella and she came and picked me up and took me to Porirua! It was perfect timing because there was this market that was going on that I got to go to and got to see heaps of family and then we went out to Dennys after for dinner and it was so much fun. It's always such a nice time being able to catch up and connect with family. Was so spoilt by Marsella and grateful to her for such good hospitality as always hehe!

Biggest fan of Tiana Bakes hehe. Then, I had the fattest craving for some scones and Laitin made me some hehe! They were yummy and perfect and he's the best.

My bday!!! Okay I love any reason to celebrate. An activity, food, my fave things, I love. So Laits and I had been dying to see Rex Orange County together so he got us tickets and we went up to Auckland to go to that! It was cool finally seeing him live after listening to him together since we started dating. We went to Queen street and went to Harbour eats to get dinner. I love places like this, it's almost like a "boujee" food court but they have a wide range of food options so I love a chance to get a bit of everything and that's exactly what we did haha. I got a fish burger and fries, Laitin got an Argentinian beef burger and we shared an empanada and dumplings haha. A lot of food, but had to go all out ha! Then, we ended with the BEST gelato ever in my opinion, at Island Gelato. It's just this one flavor they have that I can't get over, and it's a caramel pics peanut butter brittle one and it is.. perfection haha. Could have a gallon worth, it's so good. Perfect celebration.

OCTOBER

Laitin and I did a run to Costco, and while were in the area lol, I needed another gelato haha. So here we are again, back at Island gelato haha. We also rode around the wharf and through the city on lime bikes. A very well spent night.

Spending time with KJ hehe.

Some pretty sunsets!

Okay, the BESTEST ice chocolates I've ever had. Not even kidding. From the bakehouse of all places haha, I don't know what they put in it but it hits every. single. time!

Gorgeous, gorgeous Quin! The most smiley baby hehe.
